But life, with its capacity to surprise, took me down paths I never imagined… and each step brought me closer to my true calling.

 

From Peru to the world: A life in constant transformation

I emigrated from my native country for love, moving to Virginia, where my husband lived. Suddenly, I found myself in a new and different world: another language, another climate, another culture… a very different life in many ways.

Over the course of 23 years, I have lived in four U.S. states: Virginia, Texas, New York, and Florida. Each place was a different chapter, full of challenges, lessons, and reinventions.

 

The turning point

I worked in nonprofit organizations, in the legal area as an immigration paralegal, and in administrative management. These were valuable jobs, but inside me grew the certainty that my path was evolving toward something more meaningful.

 

Revalidating my law degree in the U.S. did not resonate with me. It was not a matter of effort or cost; it was a matter of purpose. I felt my mission was elsewhere.

​Then, I discovered Ontological Coaching… and I fell in love with this discipline that accompanies and transforms from within.

My mission and approach

I trained as a Professional Ontological Coach in the Level 2 program of Intercoach Group®, endorsed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Today, I am an active member of ICF Global and the ICF South Florida Charter Chapter.

 

I currently live in the United States, but my work has no borders. Thanks to technology and my own experience as an immigrant, I accompany people anywhere in the world — in Spanish or English — from deep listening, empathy, and respect for their unique process.
